Tikka Chicken Kebabs

Yield: 4 servings
2 lb chicken breast skinless boneless
1/4 c fresh lemon juice
1/4 c plain yogurt
4 ea garlic cloves minced
1 1/2 tb ground coriander
2 tb butter melted
2 ts cumin ground
1 ts turmeric ground
Salt to taste
1/2 tcayenne pepper ground
1/8 ts ginger ground
12 ea bamboo skewers
Soak your skewers in water for 30-45 mins.
Cube chicken breasts to 1" cubes.
Combine with lemon juice & salt in a bowl.
Cover then allow to stand for 30-40 mins.
Combine yogurt, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric & cayenne pepper.
Mix well then add to chicken.
Toss, cover then refrigerate for about 3-4 hrs.
Pre-heat your grill.
Thread chicken cubes onto your skewers.
Brush with butter then grill for about 6-8 mins. until done.
You must turn frequently while grilling.
