Asian Chicken Stir-fry From Campbell's Kitchen

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts -- cut into strips
1 can Campbell's(R) Golden Mushroom Soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 bag any frozen vegetable combination -- (16 oz.)
4 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned.
ADD soup, soy and garlic. Heat to a boil. Add vegetables and cook until
tender-crisp. Serve over rice. Serves 4.

I would like to add that this is not only good but also EASY......
You can thaw the veggies in the microwave on high for about 3 or so minutes to
speed up the cooking a little. I used the broccoli and cauliflower as that is
what we like...
