Gai Yang - Grilled Thai Chicken

Yield: 4 servings
2 lb chicken fryer
1/3 c Thai oyster sauce
6 ea garlic cloves minced
1 ts black pepper
1 tb Thai soy sauce
1 tb sugar
1 ts sea salt
1/4 c lemon grass minced
Wash your chicken then pat dry with a paper towel.
Combine oyster sauce, garlic, black pepper, soy sauce, sugar, salt, & lemon grass in a bowl.
Mix your ingredients together well then apply as a marinade to chicken.
Refrigerate for 20-60 mins.
Grill over charcoal at med-high heat for 30-40 mins.
Turn often to prevent or roast in 375 deg-F. oven for 30-40 mins.
Remove from grill thenvserve with chili sauce for chicken & sticky rice.
